SCDC is a 501(c)3 non-profit with plans to make a difference in the lives of individuals and in communities locally, nationally and globally. We will offer needed programs that are transportable, transitional an d transformational. Our mission is to engage, inspire, empower and assist individuals & communities through various collaborative efforts, moving them from inspiration into actions that change lives. Summit House is a transitional housing initiative that will provide stable temporary housing, for up to tow years, to young women 18-22 years old, who are aging out of foster care.
