Time Off and Leave
Full-time employees receive 27 vacation days, 10 sick days, and at least 8 holidays as well as generous Family Leave, Civic Duty days (to flex that civic muscle!) and bereavement. After five years of continuous full-time employment, ioby employees are eligible to apply for a partially paid sabbatical. This generous time-off allowance is tied to our Whole Person policy, grounding our belief that rest and self-care are vital components to our lives.
