Helen Poon, Product Owner
Helen is a NYC-based UX designer who helps ioby design the user interface, user experience, and information architecture across public-facing digital platforms. In the past, she’s worked in a range of disciplines in the design field, from creating illustration, graphic, packaging, and user interface designs at start-ups, to user experience design for small businesses and nonprofits. She’s passionate about using her technological expertise to champion accessibility and using design as a tool for social good.
When not designing, Helen finds joy in cooking and baking, going to the movie theaters (to add to her Letterbox list), seeing live music, reading, and doing arts and crafts when the creative mood strikes.
