Section 1. Nonprofit Purpose FANS HELP is a nonprofit corporation organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Section 2. Specific Purpose FANS HELP will focus on empowering, encouraging and engaging people in the following activity areas: Fitness, Arts, Nature and Science. These activities shall be designed with these qualities as a priority: Fun, Accessibility, Nurturing and Safe. The goals FANS HELP plans to achieve are directed towards more beneficial (HELP) Health, Environments, Learning and Play opportunities.
