Wind Energy Power!

Students in the Green Engineering course will be studying a unit on wind energy. This project will provide supplies for creating windmills and testing the effectiveness of their design. This pieces will be able to be used by future class and hopefully lead to a wind system on the school campus that could benefit the school and our surrounding neighborhood.

Fundraising efforts, ordering the supplies and carrying out the project with the engineering teacher and students.

Green Engineering is a course in our Green Academy. This program prepares students for jobs in green careers. We hope that this project could provide valuable experience for a future engineering degree or career.
