We are a network of 70+ neighbors in upper Morningside Heights who are supporting one another through the coronavirus pandemic. Most of our members live between Broadway and Riverside and 122nd and 125th, but we welcome neighbors from the surrounding areas as well.

We are fundraising to help our neighbors to weather the current crisis. We will use these funds to help members of our community by purchasing groceries, prescriptions, or other supplies.

the steps

We have been helping neighbors by running errands, purchasing food and supplies, and keeping one another company since early March. 

why we're doing it

We don't know how long this will last, or what our needs will be yet, but we know that we'll all be better off if we help each other through it.

budget

Funds will be used to support purchasing of essential goods like groceries and prescriptions. We will also provide direct funds of up to $50, no questions asked, to residents of Morningside Heights.
