the project

Through a truck/car/automobile we will bring the community together to raise money for those affected by cancer. We will have vehicles pay to enter the contest and handout trophies to the winners of the contest. We will also have a market area for local companies to set up a booth after paying a vendor fee that will be donated to the cause. The money raised will be donated for medical bills and costs of treatment for those affected by cancer.

the steps

We will set our location by putting down our deposit.

We will get flyers made and printed as well as advertise in the local newspaper about our event and cause.

We will get trophies made.

We will get material needed for the event such as paper, banners, etc.

We will get t-shirts, hats, decals made to sell at the event

We will get food for the event

We will get silent auction/raffle items and setup

We will get entertainment set up for the show

We will gather volunteers to donate their time.

We will host the automobile show to raise money for cancer treatments

why we're doing it

Every year the costs of medical treatment rise. Every year the number of individuals affected by cancer rise. We would like to bring our community together and help those who have been affected by cancer in our community. We would like to have a yearly event where we bring those who have a passion about vehicles and a passion for helping others together to raise money for those who have medical bills/treatment costs due to cancer.
