Why we‘re doing it

We are hosting this family-friendly event to give back to the community to ensure that families in need have a happy and safe holiday season.

On January 30th, 2018, the horrific house fire on Hillview was the tipping point in which I decided to found Thee. I.C.E.D Foundation this devastating disaster resulted in the tragic loss of my first husband and the father of my children, the late Frank Clark III 44, alongside three other family members the late Alphonso Lathan Jr. 46, Alphonso Lathan III, 3 and Nyiah Lathan 8.

Our mission is to raise awareness regarding community safety and to inform as many people about the tragic loss of Frank Clark who valiantly gave his life in the House fire on Hillview as he alongside his uncle tried to save the children.
