T.Barb and Friends aims to empower youth through self-esteem and leadership development which starts with healthy habits. Hygiene can be a major issue for kids especially the underprivileged. The high price of goods means many families forgo some necessities to put food on the table and have a place to sleep or don't understand the importance of hygiene. T.Barb and Friends Annual Hygiene Drive aims to address issues which may lower a youth's self-esteem by providing travel sized items they can take anywhere even to gym, which is an easy "A" with the right tools. 

Supporting our youth provides a better overall learning environment and happier kids. Teachers and educational staff have indicated a need often purchasing hygiene items on their own dime to create a better learning dynamic. The kits also promote healthy habits which keep everyone safe and virus free.

Our organization plans to locate the best deals but also strives to support small businesses, thus making a double impact. For example we will attempt to locate small brands within our budget for some bulk items. The kits will be individually packaged and distributed at strategic locations (schools in need). We will distribute one kit per child at the school in conjunction with the staff at that school. We hope to raise self esteem, provide some economic relief to a family and support a healthy learning environment.
