the project
We hope and plan to provide a safe quality event that the young and more seasoned can attend and/or participate in that will spark more interest in three different genres that offer clean language and a positive message. We plan to give the community an event that will make everyone proud of and pull in more positive energy. This event will be comfortable for everyone regardless of gender, race, or religious beliefs. We plan to create an environment in which people will be encouraged to bond in and frequent more often.
the steps
Develop an enthusiastic team of volunteers, book the venue, book participants and talents, purchase the necessary event needs such as equipment, announce the event, go out into the community to share the good word, create the promotions, promote the event, pull in the media, donate tickets to the community and homeless shelters, focus on our April 15, 2023 event date and beyond, host an amazing event, make a connection with the attendees, and return to do greater things for the community in the near future!
why we're doing it
With all of the gang violence, police brutality, hate crimes, domestic violence, vandalism, depression, and family separation going on in our community and around the world, we will be providing a positive distraction that will promote unity, growth, hope, family, love, excitement, and light that will bring about change all the way up from the youth to the seasoned valued people who paved the way for us. Our event will give a positive option to communities and stage opportunities to those who desire to elevate their talents. We don't just want to see change; we want to help create and then promote change!
