the project
Sciathlon Competition (SC) aimed at providing an opportunity for the contest participants to use their knowledge in solving the environmental issues. Sciathlon Competition is a national contest for secondary students, who work at their home high schools all over the nation. The annual Sciathlon Competition will begin on October 16, 2012 at 6pm EST, and the contest will last for six days till October 22, 2012 at 6pm EST.
The problems may contain incomplete information, so the students have to conduct background research and make reasonable assumptions in order to proceed with the analysis. This means that there may not be one unambiguously correct method, but instead there may be many useful approaches and approximations.
