Our East Warren Commercial Corridor needs your help!!! Our commercial corridor continues to lose more businesses and as a community we need to support our commercial corridor. We want to clean and beautify East Warren and patronize local businesses!
The money raised will go towards materials to paint murals and crosswalks, build planters, benches, and signs to make East Warren more walkable and appealing for the community and business!
Through this process we hope to bring the community and our businesses closer so that we can work together to restore East Warren.
In the past few weeks we have already talked to 10 business owners and as we continue that list will only grow!
the steps
1. We will begin with an initial clean up and engagement of the existing business owners (May)
2. Work with volunteers and residents to create a vision and plan out engagement tactics, and identify what we would like to see within the corridor (May-June)
3. Build benches, paint planters, and plant flowers! (June-Sept)
why we're doing it
Our commercial corridor needs love and we want businesses that we all can walk to!
