Pittsburgh Ultimate’s community-built strategic plan focuses on bringing people together! We are proud of how much ultimate has unified people throughout the city of Pittsburgh, and we want to continue to extend our reach. We know that when ultimate players are together, great things happen.
Membership dues and league fees are not able to fund all of our strategic planning initiatives. By supporting Pittsburgh Ultimate today, you can help bring new members into our family through our efforts surrounding diversity, gender equity, and growing youth populations.

Youth Committee Initiatives - visioning, planning and executing strategies to expose more youth to the sport of ultimate.

the steps
Pittsburgh Ultimate is working to provide access points to the sport and community that changed our lives. Everyone should be able to find ultimate - whether it’s learning a flick in middle school or at middle age!
Think about the different ways people find their way into the Pittsburgh Ultimate community:
- Pickup and hat tournaments
- School teams and skills clinics
- Casual and developmental leagues
- Youth camps
- Community centers and after-school programs
We want to continue building upon these programs while also creating new access points. Your gift can help get discs into the hands of new players!

Ultimate is a sport inspired by virtue, connecting people who prioritize respect, honor, and inclusion above winning and competition. We know that when ultimate players are together, great things happen.
We want to spread positive opportunities for the people of Pittsburgh to learn, grow, and connect in meaningful ways. Help us share the sport and spirit of ultimate!
