About the project

These new NPP programs empowers families and communities with knowledge to increase academic grade levels. This program will allow disadvantaged people to have the opportunity to attend and participate in activities and events that are not currently available in their neighborhood.

NPP Family Strengths programs will create opportunities to grow and develop new life skills, and increase communication between families, schools, and teachers. NPP Family Strengths programs will help close the gap between home and school.

Our goals are to impact African American families today, so that they can change the world tomorrow!

The family math portion of the program will be an extension of our STEAM initiative. Youth and adults will be empowered to improve family relationships while working on math skills.

The cultural awareness portion of the program will be presented to increase knowledge of the African American heritage.

The Steps

The programs will run according to public school semesters. We will have a 9 week reporting system to measure outcomes. The program will begin in October 2019, and these donations will be a sustaining fund to enhance the program.

NPP Family Strengths will be honored to have your help in continuing our program for the remainder of the 2020 school year.

Why we‘re doing it

In our commitment to empower families and neighborhoods, we want to make sure that our children are getting more remedial studies, vocational training, and resources for success.
