Support local youth artists! 👩‍🎨🧑‍🎨

Join us in building on Atlanta’s mural culture while encouraging voting and civic engagement 💯

This fundraiser supports the creation of a local student and youth art focused mural which promotes voter turnout, in addition to renovating the famous mural of civil rights leader Hosea WIlliams. VoteTree is hosting a group of up to 20 local muralists at the foot of the famous Hosea Williams mural in Atlanta to create lasting art with the urgent message that people must vote. 🙌 🙌

📲 Artists can share their finalized murals on social media and the post with the most online engagement wins a Grand Prize. Through this online competition this art can inspire thousands of Georgians to vote.

VoteTree is a a grassroots, nonpartisan, positive interactive public art installation to inspire voter participation. They aim to drive civic engagement, amplify community voices, support local artists, and inspire Georgians to vote.✨

why we're doing it

💰Hundreds of millions of dollars are pouring into Georgia and bringing in ephemeral TV ads and nothing else lasting. Many people across the country want to help with this election, but they also want to help projects which will last past January 5th.

By donating to this project your money makes lasting impact. You are supporting the...

  • Development of local young artists
  • Atlanta's thriving arts scene
  • Permanent inspirational murals

Georgia's elections have been unfairly attacked as rigged and manipulated. The best antidote to this malicious story is record turnout and civic engagement. These lasting murals will be part of that message which hopefully puts this lie to rest. 💥
