Why we‘re doing it
We are on a mission to inspire a new generation of leaders in sustainability, and the best way is to lead by example. Transforming vacant lots into inclusive green spaces, revitalizes neighborhoods by eliminating blight and reducing crime. The Motor City Garden will also serve as an educational hub to educate our community about native bees and plant species. It's imperative that we create outdoor learning experiences, where children can interact with nature in their own community.
