the project
Promoting the Irish sports of Gaelic football and hurling/camogie in the MidSouth, while bringing the community together to learn and enjoy a new sport.
the steps
We plan to start the league in the fall, running through the winter/spring. In addition, we also plan to establish a Memphis travel team to represent the Bluff City at regional Gaelic football and hurling tournaments.
why we're doing it
We want to give Memphians the opportunity to learn a new sport, and to learn about Irish culture.
