Let's Talk: Straight Talk from Teens is a program that allows youth and young adults a platform to discuss in real-time the effects of COVID-19, in a multi-media capacity. Teenagers will have their personal expressions about life, captured on the back of a t-shirt, in quote form or message. Also, have the opportunity, to participate in a youth-driven/focused podcast.
Whether its this Pandemic, or Civic Unrest. Our youth are speaking up and mobilizing on purpose. Let's Talk: Straight Talk From Teens, provides the outlet and platforms, for expression.

why we're doing it
Preparing individuals, younger than us, provides an opportunity for our communities to grow and get stronger. How best to prepare them, than to hear directly from them, what their needs look like. Because systemic cultures, designed to marginalize, low income and at-risk individuals, have muted everyday citizens, and especially our youth, too long. Our project gives the chance for youth and others, to increase their activism and engagement. Sooo,. "Let's Talk".
