Let's Keep Charlton Plaza Beautiful
Charlton Plaza, at the northwest corner of Charlton and Sixth, is a gem in our neighborhood. We are seeking your financial support to fill it with flowers this spring, summer and fall.

About the project
Charlton Plaza is a city park managed by the Charlton Street Block Association. We would like to hire The Horticultural Society of New York (the Hort) to plant and maintain the park in 2024, as it has done for the past three years.
The Steps
The Hort will prune the trees and shrubs as necessary; mulch the soil; make bi-weekly visits to inspect and clean the park... and will saturate the park with colorful flowers.
In addition, we have a terrific team of neighborhood volunteers who keep the park vibrant by watering it every day during the summer. New volunteers are always welcome.
Why we‘re doing it
Charlton Plaza can look great this year, as it has for many years. But we need your financial support to hire the Hort and make it happen.
Thank you.
