We empower youth to gain knowledge and skills to prepare them for careers in multimedia. Our kids have so much potential and they love to use the arts and technolgy to channel their energy. We provide training and opportunities through media, arts and technology to teens as a possible career path. Our program uses a combination of technical training and hands-on experience which gives each participant an opportunity to express themselves creatively, while buiding self-confidence, teamwork, and leadership qualities. We've been working with underserved youth in Cuyahoga County for 10 years.

According to the National Center for Children in Poverty, Cleveland has 53.9 per cent of kids living in poverty. Violence and poverty, unfortunately is a fact of life for so many these teens living in the inner city of Cleveland, which has the third-lowest high school graduation rate among other large cities. Graduating from high school is not on so many of our teens radar, but going to college or a technical school is out of reach. Our program gives teens training, to a possible career path in media, arts and technology and by being in our program, having mentors who care about their future and success they receive valuable hands-on experience, gain skills and knowledge in a field that they may have thought was impossible for them.
