This project will increase value to surrounding neighborhoods, brighten views of the park, increase participation, and uplift the overall outlook on our communities by bringing artwork that represents the people of the community. With support from local organizations and national brands, aid and resources have been provided to assist us in giving our city a structured plan to painting & renovating our park courts and regaining our youths attention to community care and development.

why we're doing it
We are facilitating a void in recreation that includes culture, entertainment, community, and healthy physical fitness within the city of Lorain, Ohio. We come together for community information & resources at Oakwood Park in a cultural festive environment. This is something unlike any community event that has been taken place in recent years, the fourth consecutive effort aims to continue that goal. This also fills a void in the city of Lorain as a two - day event held in a park during Labor Day weekend.

Big thank you to all who have supported these past three years! Now we are working with the city of Lorain to renovate and paint the courts. Please help us fund this endeavor as most grants will not support this action because it is a public property we want to renovate and improve. The money raised last year on this page will now be directed to this project! Thank you for your support please share this information!!!
