In phase one of our Food from the Heart project we were able to hold 20 pop ups throughout Cincinnati using a pay what you can model. Some events were free and other events helped offer food for free. In phase 2 we want to offer more pop ups and spread the word to others about our mission to provide free or low cost nutritious food to neighbors experiencing food insecurity.
the steps
December 2022- start word of mouth campaign about Food from the Heart
January 2023-February 2023- build partnerships with local organizations and businesses for pop ups during Spring and Summer 2023
March-September 2023- Pops Ups!
why we're doing it
Too many people in our city lack access to good, nutritious food. Food from the Heart will work to build community and fill bellies throughout Cincinnati.
