Fiesta Place Garden

To create a learning and edible garden destination that provides an environment where children and adults gather and celebrate healthy, sustainable living through community engagement, gardening, education, and the arts.

About the project

The garden will serve as an outlet for exerting their physical strength in soil preparation, weeding, harvesting, and help bridge the generational gap between the students and the adult residents in the community.

  1. Trees, stumps and weeds removed 
  2. Permanent Garden Sign, Message Center
  3. Garden Arbor
  4. Game Tables, dining table/ seating (benches)
  5. ADA Walk Way
  6. Street Art
  7. Raised beds (2)  (24” or 36” high
  8. Garden Inspiration signs (ex. Grow It, eat it,  Educate, RRR’)
  9. Mosaic Planting beds/boxes
  10. Bleachers
