FFP is a beloved neighborhood park which hosts hundreds of visitors a day. This small green space has been a true oasis during the pandemic, serving as a safe place to socialize with friends and neighbors. Our volunteers help keep the park clean and watered, but we need the community's financial support to fund regular gardening, cleaning, seasonal flowers and additional perennials.
the steps
FFP's volunteers have partnered with The Hort and their Green Team to ensure that Father Fagan Park remains a clean, green, and flowering oasis for our many visitors. Your donation will help maintain our neighborhood treasure AND support a job-training program for at-risk youth. We're excited to continue this partnership in 2021.
why we're doing it
The South Village has very little green space, and there's little room in the City budget to provide gardening services for small parks like ours. Father Fagan Park deserves and needs a tremendous amount of care.
