Our main objective is to use this Breakdancing(Bboy) Event as a means to elevate our art form, elevate Memphis, and present positive outlets for [young] people to express themselves. Authentic HipHop Culture is greatly lacking in Memphis and we wish to do what we can to change that. Within authentic HipHop culture, there is Diversity and Empowerment, and a general embracing the Arts. HipHop is one of the most popular movements in the world, which makes it accessible, and gives our event the potential to speak to people in their present situation, which can change lives.

Contact and Confirm Judges, DJ's, and an MC for the evening. Hire local talent to perform during an intermission. Organize competition Brackets. Promote, Promote, Promote!
why we're doing it
Authentic HipHop was founded on the principles of Peace, Unity, and Having Fun. We wish to use this event to promote awareness, and to expose more people to the culture. We hope by more people falling in love with HipHop, it will provide them with a healthy outlet for Entertainment and Expression.
