Cleveland Youth Festival is a festival created by young immigrants from Africa who live in Cleveland to support the Youth Talent and to celebrate our Culture all over the World. with covid 19 being around it was almost impossible to people to meet and have fun together but we came up with this idea to put all our communities together and exchange some news and knowledge and see how we can contribute to the development of our society and USA in general; Us Youth we are the future of our country with so many opportunities ahead of us that some of us didn't have back in Africa. With Cleveland Youth Festival we will be able to promote talents and give ones a chance to show the world what they have.
the steps
once we receive the funds, we will start looking for a Hall which will cost us between 2500-3500 dollars, rent music items, and photo videographer, book a few musicians who will come to participate in the event, buy awards for the winners in all categories and get decorations for the place, make flyers and banners to promote the event.
why we're doing it
This project will help so many young immigrants to promote their work and art, our winners will have a song recorded and promoted in the community, this event will bring us all together after a long year of self-isolation. No age limit but all of us together to celebrate and have fun for a day this will be our first edition and we plan to do more like this.
