Join us this April 28-29 for Capoeira Festival Part 2! After the resounding success of our Capoeira Festival last October, and our fundraising partnership with ioby, we are following up with another event, this one with an emphasis on children's activities. We will bring guest artists to teach special classes, perform for the public, promote our students, and hold a skills competition for kids.

why we're doing it

Capoeira provides so much of value, so much of what is lacking in many people's lives, especially culture and community. This event is a community gathering and learning opportunity, with master teachers sharing the wealth of their knowledge, that will benefit not only our students, but our neighborhood, as well as the Sacramento community as a whole.
