the project
The Equity Leaders Institute is envisioned to be a learning space for cultivating dynamic youth and young adult leaders to be change agents. We recognize the importance to provide youth and young adults a great opportunity to become more skilled, resilient agents of change where they live, work and play.
As a start up social enterprise, this project will focus on design and branding. We will combine creativity and social entrepreneurship to qualify what the equity leadership institute will be to the world.
During this phase we will host a design lab for local artist to pitch their concepts and ideas to brand and promote the Equity Leadership Institute (ELI). A result of this creative process will the ELI t-shirt the first in a line of retail products to support the sustainability of the institute.

why we're doing it
I believe our future leaders will be inclusive, compassionate and positioned to understand how to navigate challenges and opportunities where they live, work and play. We uplift inclusion by providing youth and young adults coming from diverse backgrounds with in depth leadership training and exposure to history (U.S. and Global). These individuals are our future leaders and the answer to what ails our country.
