The Anderson Art Collaborative (AAC) is a non-profit 501(c)3 serving the Anderson Township community. The AAC was founded in 2021 and received its non-profit status in early 2023. The AAC's mission is to use art as a vehicle to drive collaborative experiences and creative expressions which inspire and engage local artists and eastside residents in fostering a healthy, vibrant and inclusive community. The AAC is 100% volunteer run and donor funded.
Our Vision is to have a community where art drives wellness and lasting connections.
The Anderson Art Collaborative currently focuses on attending festivals and community events to raise awareness about our mission, as well as engaging the community and its artists through artistic collaborations. The AAC’s ultimate goal is to open an arts center in Anderson Township to be used for artists’ workspace, community gathering to foster new friendships, educational art classes, gallery space, and more.
Phase I of the AAC’s fundraising campaign will address the needs for our planned events for the next twelve months, as well as to purchase tables, chairs, tents, etc to be used in our booth. We would also love to be able to rent a small office space where we can begin serving the Anderson Township Community members and artists.

We believe that art is a vehicle to drive collaborative experiences and creative expressions which inspire and engage local artists and eastside residents in fostering a healthy, vibrant and inclusive community. We know that many people don’t see themselves as artists, but we also know that you don’t have to have formal training to create art. By creating art together, in an artist led collaboration, we hope to develop friendships and lasting connections in our community.
