From warm essentials like hats and blankets to artistic incentives and engaging activities, each dollar raised contributes to a canvas of hope and creativity.

Your support ensures that these children not only receive tangible warmth but also have the opportunity to express themselves through art, boost their confidence with professional haircuts, and learn about nutrition in a fun way through smoothie demonstrations. Beyond the logistics, your contribution fuels a ripple effect of positivity, creating lasting memories and fostering a sense of community.

  1. Secure Supplies (Week 1: Oct 1 - Oct 7):

    • Purchase warm essentials, artistic supplies, grooming tools, and nutritional ingredients to ensure all materials are on hand for the event.
  2. Collaborate with Artists (Week 2: Oct 8 - Oct 14):

    • Reach out to local artists and workshop facilitators to organize engaging and age-appropriate artistic activities for the children.
  3. Book Venue and Volunteers (Week 3: Oct 15 - Oct 21):

    • Confirm the event venue and recruit volunteers for tasks ranging from setup to activity facilitation.
  4. Coordinate with Hair Stylists (Week 4: Oct 22 - Oct 28):

    • Confirm arrangements with professional hairstylists for the haircut and styling segment, ensuring a positive and empowering experience for the children.
  5. Develop Smoothie Demos (Week 5: Oct 29 - Nov 4):

    • Collaborate with nutritionists to finalize the smoothie demonstration, creating an interactive and educational session for the kids.
  6. Promote Event (Weeks 6-8: Nov 5 - Nov 18):

    • Launch a targeted promotional campaign using social media, local community channels, and partnerships to ensure maximum participation.
  7. Event Execution (Date: Tentatively 2nd Saturday in December):

    • Bring the project to life on the 2nd Saturday in December, providing warmth, creativity, and support to 300 children through a carefully orchestrated event.
  8. Post-Event Evaluation and Thank You (Week 2 After Event: Dec 18 - Dec 24):

    • Evaluate the success of the event, gather feedback, and express gratitude to donors, volunteers, and participants through personalized thank-you notes and social media updates.

why we're doing it

This is more than a one-day event – it's a response to pressing social challenges faced by our community. Recognizing the struggles of underserved children, we aim to address the social, economic, and environmental issues they encounter daily.

  • Solution: Our commitment to sustainability includes responsibly sourcing materials for giveaways and promoting eco-friendly practices during the event.
