the project

The Cleveland Photographic Workshop, a nonprofit corporation, announces the second annual Cleveland Photo Fest, opening September 1st through October 30th, 2020

A citywide event, the CPF aims to strengthen the appreciation of photography as a major force in today’s visually driven culture.

the steps

Over 20  photography exhibitions will open under Cleveland Photo Fest auspices. The CPF anticipates the participation of more than 40 galleries, art spaces, and organizations and over 150 area, national and international photographers.  The festival will feature photographer’s presentations, gallery and art space exhibitions, and community-oriented educational events.

why we're doing it

The Cleveland Photo Fest will uplift the human condition and enlighten Clevelanders and North Eastern Ohioans with examples of today’s photography, the origin of its classical roots and an exciting look into the future of the newest fine art.

The Cleveland Photo Fest was established in 2019 as an annual event for the benefit of the Greater Clevelanders who support photography as a fine art. Our mission is to strengthen the appreciation of photography as a major force in today’s visually driven culture. Exhibitions, publications, educational and fellowship programming are at the core of our active engagement with the Cleveland community.
