Siphne is Memphis based artists and experienced project manager. In 2002, she began studying fine arts at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts and later The Oxbow School in Napa, CA. In 2010, Siphne earned her BFA from the Memphis College of Art with a concentration in Illustration and a minor in Art History. She’s been featured in the Memphis Flyer’s 2013 edition of 20<30, which highlights 20 young Memphians who are shaping the city’s future. In 2015 she was awarded the ArtsMemphis Community Engagement Fellowship, where she and a team of young professional studied methods that use art as a platform to build communities.
Siphne has a passion for the arts, which she expresses as a genre blending DJ who knows how to rock a crowd with her soulful and decade dicing mixes. She is also one half of the Memphis based music duo, Artistik Approach, and an emerging visual artist and painter.
