Ryan Marshall is an intern architect at FX Architecture and lives in Detroit, Michigan. Ryan grew up in Windsor, Ontario. He received a B.Sc.Arch. at Lawrence Technological University (LTU, 2007) and a M.Arch. from The University of British Columbia (UBC, 2012), receiving the Thesis Prize.
His professional experience in architecture is diverse; from small local projects; to the conceptual and design development of a two million sq. ft. multi-functional complex in the Russian Federation; to research and speculative design projects as a Research Assistant.
Marshall’s interests include architectures response at the interface of the social, cultural, and environmental landscape, engaging as art in an ongoing process in the community that enacts positive urban change.
