Q: Who is ioby Action Corps?
A: Our awesome network of experts want to help ioby Leaders like you be successful in making positive change in our neighborhoods. They're here to offer advice, support, and resources to help you implement your project. They're ready for action and they want to help!
Q: What are they experts in?
A: All kinds of things, from collaborating with city agencies, to grantwriting, to communications and PR, to painting and welding. If you need advice on something in particular, see below for a complete list.
Here's how it works:
1. Browse our experts below, or search by location or area of expertise.
2. Contact us! If you want to talk to someone in particular, email us at actioncorps@ioby.org and we'll put you in touch. If you're not sure who you want to talk to but have specific questions, let us know and we'll help find the right expert for you.
3. You and your expert will find a time for a one-hour phone conversation. You'll pick their brains and get all kinds of great advice to bring your project to the next level.
4. No fee beta phase: We are piloting Action Corps through 2017. This means if you are currently running or have ever run an ioby campaign, we will cover your fees! (The normal fee for a one-hour Action Corps consultation is $35. After the beta phase, you will be able to include Action Corps consultation fees in your project budget.)
