Scott is an organizational development consultant, narrative strategist, and coach with 40 years of experience in public policy. Scott's goal is to help individuals and organizations create a more just and sustainable world using his combination of non-profit management, philanthropy, journalism and strategic communications skills. Scott's experience includes 23 years as a television journalist in the Pacific Northwest, 14 years leading the nonprofit communications firm Resource Media and 3 years as a Senior Program Officer at the Russell Family Foundation. Today Scott works primarily with historically white led organizations seeking to become transparent, non-transactional, trusted allies in the effort to dismantle systemic racism. Scott is based in Seattle.
