Dan McLaughlin, Senior Associate of Customer Service
Dan is ioby’s Leader Support Associate, working with the Leader Success Team to offer customer service and support to ioby project Leaders across the country.
Prior to joining team ioby in September 2021, Dan worked with grassroots leaders, non-profit organizations, and artists as a program manager for a public grant making organization. Dan has also worked with adult learners in adult basic education, GED preparation, and English for Speakers of Other Languages classes. He holds a degree in education from Kent State University.
A resident of Cleveland’s West Park neighborhood, Dan stays active in his community through democracy-building efforts, helping with food pantry deliveries and getting his hands dirty with citizen science and sustainability projects.
