Christina Webb, Workflow Manager

Christina supports a positive ioby leader experience by ensuring staff have clear and streamlined internal workflow processes. She previously led ioby's team of fundraising coaches and she is eager to accelerate the impact of our Leader Experience Team's work cultivating resident leaders. Christina brings over a decade of experience building and scaling systems that deliver quality customer services and relationship development solutions that meet and align business values with goals. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Christina grew up in a military family and moved frequently around the world, sparking an appreciation for other cultures and people that still burns today. She loves any chance to adventure with her sisters who live across the country, and loves block parties and hosting dinners with her husband, Matt, mixing new friends with old ones.
