The NYC Green Fund Crowdfunding Challenge matches donations to projects that improve or maintain NYC’s green spaces and build community through these efforts.

Up to $3,000 in donations are matched for ioby campaigns that benefit your local park, community garden, green street or street tree.

When you crowdfund with an ioby match program, you'll get:

  • While you crowdfund, donations will be doubled instantly.
    (Up to $500 per donation and $3,000 per organization.)

  • Our free resources and guidance for how to crowdfund.

  • A one-on-one ioby crowdfunding coach to teach you how to successfully raise donations.

  • We offer fiscal sponsorship to groups that are not a 501c3.  

  • Our fees are very low because we are a nonprofit.
