Most tree pits are used as garbage cans or to relieve dogs. This project teaches the importance of trees in our community ecology and our role as stewards.
Join ioby this Saturday to hike through Northern Manhattan's beautiful parks. ioby will lead a seed hiking group starting at Central Park and will continue through Morningside, St. Nicholas, Jackie Robinson, and Highbridge parks. We'll convene on the Northwest corner at 110th & Central Park West at 10 am and party at Highbridge Terrace when we get there.
