With just $1 a day, you can join others to create an important fund that exponentially increases the impact of your gift. All you need to do to join is give $365 over the course of the year.

You Stay Informed


  • Receive monthly updates just for Team 365 (in addition to ioby newsletters) showing all activity from the fund for the month, the amount disbursed from the fund and to which projects, updates on new members, a snapshot of the overall impacts of the fund to date

Get a Team 365 login page that tracks your gift(s) and impact

You Engage & Lead


  • Join and take leadership roles in ioby’s peer-to-peer donor education programs focused on learning about and promoting citizen philanthropy
  • 
Engage in opportunities for technical assistance and/or capacity building by allowing ioby to offer your personal expertise/passion to all our project groups through our roster of available mentors

You Learn & Socialize

  • 
Meet with and learn from ioby projects at panel discussions, socialize and network with other Team 365 members at member-only events, enjoy any of ioby’s regularly scheduled events

How the Team 365 Fund Works

The concept behind Team 365 is that by using this fund strategically, it can leverage more micro-donations. Each of the following strategies has been proven to motivate more donations by others in the ioby community, thereby bringing more support to the environmental grassroots across the country.

  1. To create timely matching grants during important seasonal work, like Earth Day, spring plantings, summer streets, It’s My Park! Day, etc. (e.g. 3 matching grants/year, $3000 each)
  2. 
To jumpstart projects so that no project on ioby begins with $0 (all approved projects will be jumpstarted with 5% of their total budget using money from the fund)
  3. 
To top off projects that have worked hard to raise their needed budgets, but are just shy of success (any project with less than 10% of its total budget remaining will be fully funded with money from the fund)
